Texas Hunt Lodge takes you to Buffalo, Wyoming to hunt and harvest the Trophy Pronghorn Antelope you'll want to hang on your wall. From October 1-30th, we offer hunts for awesome Pronghorn Antelope ranging in the 13" range up to 16 inches. In one day, you will see up to 100 Shooter Antelope.

Our Hunters may also combine the Pronghorn Antelope hunt Mule Deer during a 3 day Hunt Period. We can accomodate hunters of any age and experience level, as well as hunters which have physical disabilities or may be confined to a wheelchair.

You will need to draw a tag for this hunt from Wyoming Fish and Game in advance. The application period is from January to March each year, though there are generally left over tags, if you miss out, to purchase over the counter in Buffalo.

  • One on One, or Two on One, Fully Guided Hunt

    Additional Information
  • You must apply for your Hunting License as early as possible beginning January 2010. We book for Region C for Mule Deer and Area 22 for Pronghorn Antelope
  • The Average Pronghorn is 13-14 inches
  • You will typically see 8-10 Muley Bucks per day, and up to 100 Pronghorn Antelope per day
  • Hunters Orange Clothing is required in Wyoming
  • Rifle: 270, 30-06, 7mm, 25-06 are all good calibers. Expect Shots from 100-300 yards.
  • Bring a good set of binoculars and plenty of warm clothes.
