Texas Hunt Lodge allows the opportunity for groups, small and large, to get together on a Texas Upland Bird Hunting Ranch and spend the weekend on an all inclusive Pheasant Hunt Package. These Texas Pheasant Hunts are held from October to the end of March, on a open field and pasture within 500 acres of Ranch land near Kerrville and Fredericksburg. Reservations typically must be made well in advance to ensure availability.

Our Pheasant Hunt Packages are booked as half day hunts...you will have time for other hunting as well if you like, or fish/swim at the river. This Texas Pheasant hunt is perfect for a group of friends, corporate outting or individuals entertaining business clients. Our Pheasant Hunt Packages include Guides and Dogs...the ranch maintains a kennel of trained pointers and setters.

We release the Upland Birds on this type of Hunt. There are typically 7 Pheasants released, and can be combined with Chukar and Quail as well. Additional Birds may be purchased. If you would like to take a mixed Upland Bird Hunt, we can combine at no extra charge...for more birds than we typically release, there is a miminal charge per additional bird. There are no fees to clean up birds from previous hunts...you shoot as many as you like.
