Texas Hunt Lodge gives you the opportunity to hunt genuine African Porcupine in Texas...in fact, we are probably the only ranch were you can hunt African Porcupine outside of Africa. These Giant Porcupine make great Life-size trophies. Year round, we offer hunts for big African Porcupine. There are no seasonal restrictions on hunting the African Porcupine in Texas, which makes it a suitable trophy year round.

We typically let our hunters choose the method of hunting Trophy African Porcupine that they prefer, though we recommend a .17 or .22 rifle, or .410 shotgun. This is not a difficult hunt...we can accomodate hunters of any age and experience level, as well as hunters which have physical disabilities or may be confined to a wheelchair.
